The Glassline product range is an example of top quality materials combined with exclusive design and perfect technology.
Beauty born out of simplicity
That was the policy of our designers and constructors. Each of the products must irrefutably fulfil many technical and utility requirements. A variety of unique solutions hide behind the pure lines and apparent simplicity of Glassline.
To seal the movable parts of Glassline products, plastic sealing strips are used. They consist of one rigid part, and one soft and flexible part that adhere tightly to the glass.
Glassline products are equipped with a system of transparent plastic strips to seal the shower enclosure with maximum effectiveness.
Even the movable parts must seal properly.
Movable parts of the products are equipped with an automatic rising mechanism. That enables the door to catch in the required position and to „lay down“ on the shower tray.
Building works are not always accurate up to 1mm!
Therefore the shower enclosures must be able to accommodate slight dimensional tolerances.
Each safety-glass piece is coated with the RAVAK ANTICALC® protective layer.
Without this protection, even the most luxurious product can soon turn into a very unattractive mess.
Glassline products consist of fixed parts that attach to the bathroom walls, and of movable parts that form the shower enclosure entrance.
The fixed parts are made out of genuine safety glass 8 mm thick. The movable parts are made out of 6 mm thick safety glass.
To a standard Glassline range „Holder“ (support arm) for the shower enclosures, practical shelves can be attached. Design of the shelves has been enhanced by using transparent plastic materials of the „ICE“ type, processing them by laser technology, and combining them with chrome items.

CONSTRUCTION
Construction of the shower-door hinges enables the doors to be un-hung, which makes the installation a lot easier. Opened up to the angle of 60°, the doors close automatically. Opened above the 60° angle, they stay open. This is a RAVAK technology-device. | |
